Sample Availability & Policy We offer free estimates and design samples for a maximum of three models. Other services offered include tooling and design. We provide assistance with export documents, licensing, quotas, quarantine and other customs requirements. Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions We are committed to serving our customers. Anything less than 100% satisfaction is unacceptable. We offer a lifetime warranty for all our products. However, this does not cover items on sale, bought from parties other than our exclusive distributors, and/or items given as samples.
